The street of dates

In the town of Berga, in the Berguedà region of Catalonia, the current September 11 Avenue was previously called July 18 and, earlier still, April 14.

As explained by Genís S., who brought this case to our attention, it is probably a unique and certainly curious example within a city’s street naming system.

The same street has commemorated three different historical dates over time.
