Chronoways map
Each point corresponds to a geolocated chronoway.
Argentina is territorially organized into 23 provinces and the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires. Provinces are generally subdivided into departments, except for Buenos Aires Province, which uses partidos, and the autonomous city, which is divided into communes.
Argentina is the first American country represented on the site and one of those with the highest number of recorded chronoways. A significant portion of this is due to contributions by Nicodos, making it one of the best-represented areas in the project.
The most frequent dates are linked to the independence process: May 25, 1810, and July 9, 1816.
