In commemoration of the death of Dr. Mariano Moreno Revolutionary May 1810, Secretary of War and Government of the First Board, then deployed all his revolutionary activity, the creator of the public library and the official organ of the revolutionary government, La Gazeta.

1848. Signature of the Albertine Statute.

The Statuto Albertino or Albertine Statute was the constitution that King Charles Albert conceded to the Kingdom of Piedmont-Sardinia in Italy on 4 March 1848. The Statuto later became the constitution of the unified Kingdom of Italy and remained in force, with changes, until 1948.
